must be contacted prior to your first appointment to verify coverage and Dr.
Duffy's panel participation. Many managed care companies require
pre-certification: the insured person calls the managed care company to request
authorization to see the doctor.
In most cases, the practice itself, Southpark Behavioral Medicine
Specialists, PA is empanelled by the
managed care companies and so Dr. Boyer and Ms. Thompson are on most of the
panels noted above as well.
Neither Dr. Duffy, nor her colleagues provide psychological services via the
Internet as this impacts on licensure and liability issues. However, she is
available for in-office consultation,
